Fill out our New Client Inquiry Form. Tell us about your pet, your schedule, and what exact care you're looking for.

We’ll reach out
Leah will reach out via text or email within 1 business day to answer any initial questions and schedule the meet & greet at your home.

Meet & Greet
Ryan comes to meet your pets, understand their routine and home environment, and thoughtfully assess how we can best support you.

Schedule Care
If we move forward together, you will receive access to your client portal. This is where you can schedule services, update care details and communicate with us all in one organized place.

What to Expect
Report Cards
After every visit, you'll receive a detailed report card with photos through the Time To Pet app. For overnights, we check in morning & evening, and throughout the day.
Scheduling
We recommend booking at least 6 weeks in advance for overnights. Last-minute requests are accepted when availability allows.
Client Portal
The Time To Pet portal is your home base. Request services, manage your schedule, update pet info, and communicate with us all in one place.
