Submit the form
Fill out our New Client Inquiry Form. Tell us about your pet, your schedule, and what care you're looking for.

We’ll reach out
Leah will reach out via text or email within 1 business day to confirm availability and answer any initial questions.

Meet & Greet
We schedule a meet & greet at your home. Ryan comes to meet your pets, learn their routine, and make sure everyone feels comfortable before care begins.

Schedule Care
Once the meet & greet is done, we'll get your first service scheduled through the TimeToPet portal. Easy, organized, and all in one place.

What to Expect

Report Cards
After every visit, you'll receive a detailed report card with photos through the TimeToPet app. For overnights, we check in throughout the day.

Scheduling
We recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance, especially for overnights. Last-minute walk requests are accepted when availability allows.
