Do you require a deposit for trips?

Yes — A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 1 week prior to the start of care.
What is your cancellation policy?

Dog walks & Home Visits
Visits canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be billed as scheduled.
Overnight stays & Trip-Sits
7+ days notice → rollover credit to next sit
Within 7 days of start of care → the remaining balance is due and all payments are non-refundable.

Do you care for senior pets or pets with specialized care needs?

We do! We have extensive experience caring for pets of all life stages and abilities. We provide patient, attentive, and adaptive care tailored to each animal’s individual needs.
Can you work with anxious
or reactive dogs?

Absolutely. We regularly work with anxious and reactive dogs. We use a calm, structured approach and positive reinforcement techniques to support their comfort and confidence during each session.
How do I pay?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and ACH bank transfers. We cover all processing fees so there are never any extra charges on your end. All payments are made through your portal, via the app or website.
What should I know about
overnight care in my home?

We ask that your home is clean, safe, and comfortable with working essential systems and appliances. We have our own care instruction form that is required to be completed prior to the start of the stay. The full invoice is due 1 week before the start of care.
Can you administer medication?

Yes! We have ample experience administering oral and topical medications as well as injections.
Do you care for cats?

We are quite frankly obsessed with cats, so of course! (We are proud parents of three kitties ourselves). Home visits are our go-to service for cats. We'll keep them loved, fed, medicated if needed, and totally comfortable while you're away.
What if you’re unavailable for my dates?

If Ryan is fully booked for your request, we work with our network of trusted, insured sitters we'd use for our own pets. Leah handles all coordination on your behalf.
How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 6 weeks in advance, especially for overnights and holiday periods. Last-minute walk & home visit requests are welcome when availability allows.
Do you have a holiday surcharge?

An additional fee of $25 for visits and $50 for overnight stays is required per holiday.
